pinterest.com/pin/543598617493192594/ The photograph is there, but my understanding of it is this: Foundation:Chain however wide you want your blanket to be as long as it's an ODD number. Chain two, and treble (that's a UK treble) into the third stitch. (Chain one, skip one chain, treble into the next chain.) Repeat the parenthesis until you come to the end of the row. Tie it off with a tail a few inches long. Row 1:Start a new colour with a tail a few inches long. DC into each treble and each chain space. Tie it off with a tail a few inches long. Row 2:Start the first colour with a tail a few inches long. Long pull treble into the treble in the row below the last row. (Chain one, skip one DC. Long pull treble into the next treble.) Repeat the parenthesis until the end of the row. Repeat rows 1 and 2 until you have a blanket sized blanket, and finish by making tassels where each long tail is. NB: My 'pattern' is just my interpretation of the photo-pattern posted on pinterest and is not my actual work. It's presented without guarantee, I haven't even tried it myself.
